The BRAINS Foundation is underway. The Board is being recruited and both state and federal paperwork have been submitted. The Foundation hopes to use donated funds to assist in covering treatment/intervention strategies, when there is either no insurance coverage or the treatment might not be a covered benefit. The Foundation Plans to develop a training model and students will be used to assist in defraying the costs of service delivery. It is anticipated that the Foundation will be able to establish a sliding fee scale.
