
Dr. Katharine Bennett is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience helping individuals of all ages overcome a multitude of problems. Educated at the nationally-recognized Adler School of Professional Psychology, Dr. Bennett utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy in a supportive and encouraging environment to help children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
Additional areas of expertise include; helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, parenting, anger management, and grief counseling.
Dr. Bennett has worked in a variety of therapeutic settings over the years and is excited to be part of the BRAINS team. Being flexible and possessing a depth of experience, Dr. Bennett strives to help individuals and families manage whatever challenges they may be facing.
