BRAINS Ninja Warrior Training Group: 5-8 year olds
BRAINS Ninja Warrior Training is the perfect opportunity for your child to develop important functional skills in a safe and fun environment. Ninja Warrior Training is a six-week group designed by a licensed occupational therapist. Every session will include a warm-up, a unique obstacle course, a fine motor skill activity, and a mindful ending. Get and stay engaged with parent orientation, weekly updates, an at-home exercise program, and a post-course report!
Tuesdays, JANUARY 7- FEBRUARY 18, 2020
6:00 PM- 7:00 PM
- Initial orientation and screening of baseline skills
- 6 weekly, one-hour sessions
- Weekly updates from the therapist
- Individualized home exercise program with daily exercises and activities
- Post-course progress write-up
- Certificate of course completion
Your child can expect to improve:
- Motor planning
- Core strengthening
- Functional visual motor skills
- Bilateral Integration
- Upper body strengthening
- Fine Motor Strengthening
- Self-regulation and impulse control
BRAINS Ninja Warrior Group will meet once per week at BRAINS Main Campus. Registration is required and space is limited. If you are interested in Ninja Warrior Group but cannot attend on these dates and times, please email your contact information (phone number and email address) to firstname.lastname@example.org with your child’s name and age. Someone will contact you when another session of Ninja Warrior is scheduled.
