Biography
Stephanie is a fully licensed clinical social worker who has clinical experience working with adolescents in individual, family, and group therapy. Her work has included providing clinical interventions for adolescents coping with depression, anxiety, ADHD, complex trauma, and behavioral issues. In her therapeutic practice, Stephanie utilizes a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, expressive therapy, and motivational interviewing. She takes a person-centered and collaborative approach to therapy, emphasizing teamwork to achieve her client’s goals. Stephanie has had the opportunity to work with adolescents and their families within various levels of care, including foster care, residential, detention, family preservation and court ordered outpatient settings. She also has experience with crisis intervention and is certified in assessing and treating adolescents with sexually abusive behaviors.
Stephanie was raised in the Metro-Detroit area and currently resides in Wyoming, Michigan with her husband and two children. She enjoys photography, watching Marvel movies, and spontaneous trips outdoors. Stephanie is passionate about coming alongside others on their journey and is dedicated to fostering a safe space where people can feel empowered to be themselves.
