BRAINS is leveraging telehealth to address the impact of the coronavirus pandemic in our client’s and communities’ lives. Our mission is to maximize the potential of families through understanding the complex relationship between the brain, body, and real-life and we are here with you offering teletherapy services to support our clients and families, as always. Today, real-life means managing and coping with the Coronavirus Pandemic. Our therapists are offering unwavering support with crisis consultation, therapy, counseling, occupational therapy, speech & language therapy, and parent support with teleheath. Telehealth is available for established and new clients. The only way over coronavirus is through, and we can’t wait to partner with you.

Previous Facility Updates and Responses to COVID-19:
In response to Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order No. 2020-77 issued Thursday, May 7, 2020, BRAINS is open and providing telehealth and teletherapy for new clients and existing patients needing support.
In-office appointments are only available on a case-by-case basis until at least Friday, May 29th.

*phones will not available between 12:00 PM -1:00 PM for lunch.
We are requesting that established clients opt-in for telehealth appointments by methods such as video or phone. Please call our office at 616-365-8920 if you would like to opt-in for this service and modify your appointments to reflect this change. You may also contact your clinician directly through your patient portal.
