Yoga & Mindfulness will meet three times on Saturdays at BRAINS Main Campus. Registration and waiver are required and space is limited. Children are encouraged to participate in all 3 sessions but are able to attend select sessions.
Sessions are facilitated by masters level occupational therapy students from Grand Valley State University.
Speak with a support staff by calling 616-365-8920 or visit us in the office. Registration will remain open until capacity is met or until April 13th.
$20 per session.
