ABA Behavior Technician

Biography

Jessica is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) behavior technician working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).  She graduated from Grand Rapids Community College in 2013 with a degree in Early Childhood Education.  She has also studied Child Psychology at Grand Valley State University, and hopes to return to complete her degree.

Jessica has previous experience as a lead teacher for toddlers, creating and implementing weekly lesson plans which included play-based curriculum to develop and balance each child’s cognitive, language, social/emotional, physical, and creative development.  In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and doing outdoor activities together.
