Our Values

Compassionate Care

We are empathetic, understanding, and sensitive to unique needs as we connect with those in our care, on our team, and in the community. To us, community is not only people brought together by geographic boundaries but also implying our responsibility and intention to create systems and dynamics that can enable health and wellness for everyone.

Collaborative Teamwork

We work together using skills across various disciplines to broaden the opportunities for care. BRAINS collaborates with providers and other agencies across the state, sharing insights and expertise.

Best Outcomes

We pursue the best outcomes for all involved. Hard-working is more than the volume of tasks taken on or the number of patients seen. We are diligent, constant, and engaged, being attentive to support our patients, community, and each other.

High Standards

We seek out knowledge and training, applying research and innovation in the way we conceptual cases and use this to inform options for treatment. We continually demonstrate our quality of care to external stakeholders and colleagues.
