Nikki Bolter

ABA Behavior Technician

Biography

Nikki Bolter is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) behavior technician working with children and youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She is working towards completing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Recreational Therapy at Grand Valley State University.  She plans to continue her education with a master’s degree in Recreational Therapy.  In her studies, she is especially interested in acquired and traumatic brain injuries.

Nikki has enjoyed working with young children in daycare settings.  She also has experience assisting children and adults with disabilities at summer and day camps.  Nikki loves seeing individuals experience the satisfaction of exceeding their own and others’ expectations.  In the future, she hopes to manage a recreational therapy program or be a camp director for a life enrichment camp.  In her free time, Nikki enjoys sports, binge watching Netflix, and hanging out at the summer/day camp she works at.
