Stephanie Speierman, MBA

Stephanie began working at BRAINS in 2015 and currently serves as the COO/CFO. She enjoys collaborating with the different departments at BRAINS to make sure we are all providing the highest level of care for our community. Stephanie is passionate about mental health and BRAINS’ mission of maximizing potential. She was a student-athlete at the University of Michigan and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology while also playing softball. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Western Michigan University while working at BRAINS.

Stephanie grew up in Maryland but has called West Michigan home since 2013. When she is not at work, Stephanie enjoys playing softball or pickleball, reading, hiking, traveling, and learning new skills.
